Enterprise Management
Beeceptor offers an Enterprise plan, enhancing security, audit capabilities, and user controls. Enterprise plan subscribers can efficiently manage their organization from the "Manage Organization" page. All users under the same domain are grouped and manageable within the Enterprise account. Multiple organization admins can be designated.
These features are available exclusively on the Enterprise plan, which offers advanced collaboration and access control options for larger teams and organizations.
Manage Users
It's worth noting that under the Enterprise plan, users with the same domain are grouped for centralized management. If Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured and enabled, password-based sign-ups are disabled for registered email domain. Admins have the authority to delete users when they leave the organization.
Create New Endpoint
The Enterprise plan may include a fixed number of licensed endpoints. New endpoints can be created by visiting the Manage Organization page. These endpoints are enabled for change audit by default.
Readonly Sharing
The Readonly Sharing setting in Beeceptor simplifies access control within your organization by automatically granting read-only access to all endpoints under your organization’s domain. This helps reduce administrative overhead and make collaboration easier when multiple team members need visibility into mock services across the org.
Endpoint Sharing – Email Domains
By default, all users with email addresses from your organization’s primary domain (for example, your-company.com) can be invited to collaborate on shared endpoints (mock servers).
You can also approve additional email domains to extend collaboration beyond the primary domain. Once configured, users from these approved domains can also be invited for collaboration or manage shared assets for your organization.
