Beeceptor Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Beeceptor Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them thoroughly to understand the eligibility requirements, limitations, and various constraints.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Referrer Eligibility

To qualify as a Referrer in the Beeceptor Referral Program, you must hold an active and valid Beeceptor account. This means your account must be registered with correct and up-to-date information. Additionally, your account must be in good standing, which includes not violating Beeceptor’s Terms of Service or engaging in any activities that breach our platform’s rules or guidelines. If your account is flagged for violations, it will result in disqualification from the program, and any rewards associated with your participation will be forfeited.

1.2. Invitee Eligibility

The person referred to Beeceptor (the Invitee) must be a new user who is signing up for Beeceptor using a valid referral link from a Referrer. An Invitee cannot be someone who has previously created a Beeceptor account or is already part of our platform. It’s important to note that only new users can be eligible for rewards under the Referral Program. Furthermore, the referral link provided to the Invitee will remain active and trackable for a period of 15 days after the Invitee first clicks on it. The Invitee must successfully sign up for Beeceptor and verify their account within this time frame in order for the referral to be eligible for rewards. If the signup or verification process is not completed within this period, the referral will no longer qualify.

2. Program Overview

2.1. Objective of the Program

The Beeceptor Referral Program is designed to reward Referrers for successfully inviting new users to join Beeceptor and/or encouraging them to upgrade their accounts to paid plans. Referrers are incentivized based on the actions of their referred Invitees, whether they sign up for Beeceptor or make a successful upgrade to a paid plan.

2.2. Qualifying Actions for Rewards

The Referral Program offers rewards for two main actions:

• Signup Reward: When an Invitee signs up for a new Beeceptor account and successfully verifies it.
• Upgrade Reward: When an Invitee upgrades to a paid plan, specifically any plan categorized as "Team Plan".

Both actions must be completed in order for the Referrer to qualify for the respective reward.

3. Referral Actions and Rewards

3.1. Signup Reward

For each ten Invitees who successfully sign up for Beeceptor using your referral link and complete the verification process, the Referrer will receive a 30-day Team Plan subscription valued at $25 for free. This subscription allows the Referrer to access Beeceptor’s premium features during that period.

3.2. Upgrade Reward

When an Invitee upgrades their Beeceptor account to any paid plan (Pro or higher), the Referrer will receive a one-month Team Plan subscription or the equivalent value in credits, again worth $25. This reward will be granted as long as the Invitee completes the payment process and activates their chosen paid plan.

For Invitees, if they upgrade to an annual paid plan, they will receive an additional 30 days of service on the same plan, at no extra cost.

4. Qualification Criteria

4.1. Signup Criteria

In order for a referral to qualify for rewards, the Invitee must:

• Sign up using a valid referral link provided by the Referrer.
• Successfully verify their Beeceptor account through email verification.
• Only verified accounts will count toward the reward eligibility.

4.2. Upgrade Criteria

An upgrade will only qualify for rewards if:

• The Invitee has successfully completed the payment for their paid plan and has activated it.
• The Invitee’s subscription remains active and in good standing.

4.3. Invalid Referrals and Fraudulent Activities

Any referral associated with fraudulent activities or improper signups will be disqualified from receiving rewards. The following activities will be considered fraudulent:

• Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts by the Referrer to refer themselves or manipulating the system to generate false referrals.
• Same IP Address or Device: Referrals made from the same IP address or device as the Referrer are flagged as suspicious. These referrals may be disqualified unless the Referrer can provide evidence of legitimate activity.
• Automated or Bot Traffic: The use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate referrals will result in disqualification.
• Misrepresentation: Any false or misleading information provided by the Referrer or Invitee during the signup or upgrade process will void the referral.

Furthermore, Referrers are prohibited from using any deceptive or manipulative methods to generate referrals, such as:

• Posting referral links on irrelevant or spammy platforms.
• Using paid advertisements or affiliate marketing methods without prior written approval from Beeceptor.
• Misleading potential Invitees into signing up under false pretenses or without their informed consent.

Beeceptor reserves the right to review all flagged referrals and may temporarily withhold rewards until the legitimacy of the referral can be verified. If a referral is found to be fraudulent, Beeceptor may revoke rewards, disqualify users from the program, and potentially suspend or terminate their account.

4.4. Refund Policy and Impact on Rewards

If an Invitee requests a refund for their paid plan within Beeceptor’s designated refund period, the Referrer’s rewards related to the upgrade (e.g., free Team Plan subscription) will be revoked. In such cases, Beeceptor may deduct the equivalent value from the Referrer’s account credits or prevent the use of rewards. Additionally, the Invitee will forfeit any bonus rewards, such as extended days on their plan. Rewards will only be retained if the Invitee maintains their paid plan for at least 30 days after the upgrade.

5. Referral Reward Redemption

5.1. Reward Credit Process

Once a referral qualifies for a reward, the Referrer will receive the corresponding reward (e.g., 30-day Team Plan subscription or credits) automatically within 10 business days.

5.2. Invitee Rewards

Invitees who upgrade their accounts will have any applicable rewards, such as additional days on their plan, automatically applied to their account once their upgrade is confirmed.

5.3. Non-Transferable Rewards

All rewards provided under the Referral Program are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of currency.

6. Program Limitations

6.1. Reward Caps

Beeceptor reserves the right to set limits on the number of rewards a single user can earn in a given month or year. These limits may be adjusted at Beeceptor’s discretion, depending on the demand and availability of rewards.

6.2. Technical Issues

Beeceptor is not responsible for any errors, delays, or technical issues that may prevent successful referrals or reward crediting. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from network errors, system outages, or user errors during the referral process.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1. Prohibited Referral Methods

Referrers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Referring themselves through alternate accounts or creating multiple accounts to manipulate the referral system.
• Using bots, spam, or automated systems to distribute referral links, including unsolicited mass email campaigns.
• Using temporary or disposable email addresses to create accounts, which undermines the integrity of the program.

7.2. Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Beeceptor reserves the right to monitor and investigate all referral activities. Referrers found engaging in any prohibited activity will forfeit any rewards earned through such methods. Furthermore, they may be disqualified from further participation in the Referral Program and may face account suspension or termination if deemed necessary.

8. Program Changes and Termination

8.1. Modification of Program

Beeceptor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, the updated terms will be communicated accordingly.

8.2. Effect of Program Termination

If the program is terminated, any pending rewards will be honored at Beeceptor's discretion, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of termination.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Acceptance of Policies

By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to Beeceptor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

9.2. Legal Compliance

The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in their region.

9.3. Beeceptor’s Final Decisions

Beeceptor’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward distribution in relation to the Referral Program are final and binding.

9.4. Global Availability

The Referral Program is available to all Beeceptor users globally, except where restricted by local laws or regulations.
